Show HN: Tallyit.co – Upload. Describe. Bill

https://tallyit.co/
2•cat-turner•5mo ago
Are you a business owner doing it all? Did you go on a roadtrip with your roommates and haven't bothered to split gas costs?

Tallyit! Using tallyit is easy. Just upload your docs - can be images, pdfs (like bank statements), csvs, anything. Describe how you want to bill. You can even add additional details, like a fee or split. You can even do it within a date range. Just tell it to do that. Hit submit, and tally will do the rest! An invoice with a shareable link is generated so that you can send to your customer or friend.

We don't save your uploads. You don't need to log in to use. Give a go! If you want a video to see how to use, check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t79iRV_9Eso

Backstory lore: After running a logistics business for a few years, I decided to pivot into fintech with a focus on billing. I built Tallyit as a simple way for business owners to add up expenses they've incurred on client projects. As a former business owner who managed a warehouse full of physical supplies, I know how easy it is to fall behind on invoicing. I created Tallyit to help people like me.

Best of all, no account is required to try it out! You don’t even have to be a business owner—you can use it for any kind of expense splitting, like gas on a trip or utilities with your roommates.

Tallyit does not save your uploads. It’s memoryless AI. All we do is itemize the expenses you want to break down. The only thing we save is the expense description.

Give it a go—Tally it all up!
