I have exactly one prior reference to schroomz bieng good for older folk, which was from an 80 something retired mechanical engineer selling of all his stuff to go re- retire with family/grandkids somewhere else, this guy and I hit it right off, lots of common interests and he sold me truck loads of awsome stuff cheap, didn't have the bucks to buy the shipping can of clasic 60'e racing motorcycles, but had a blast. His routine was to micro dose some shroomz and go jogging every morning. We both shoot left so he was showing me his compound bows, just handed me one, he was still dialing in at 180+' plugging bulls eyes, gave me his excell spread sheets for refining scrap silver and coin to 999, and whole lot of other stuff, sharpest, fitest, fastest, person I have ever seen in that age group

Thats only one data point and therefor no data, but shrooms are defintly not universaly bad iether.
