Hate to say it but don't treat your body like an Olympian of you want to live to 200. They don't. Tremendous stresses on the body, amenorrhoea, arthritis, reduced immunity from stress, sport specific injuries, joint issues...
Great writing and a good hook. The front boulders would indeed be a great start to organ manufacturing. Even better if they were productive with milk glands and a nipple, I would imagine mastectomy patients would love this work.
