This looks like a good way to get put on a do-not-hire list at the company, or at least to have your resume trashed. No one wants to hire people that initiate contact by implicitly threatening them.

What's the deal with the 'Who murdered Denise Robert?' ad?

As a liberal/conservative European I definitely support that US companies have to search harder locally and do less outsourcing. As a employee of a company who merged many years ago with an US company I should probably search for a new job. Because once outsourcing becomes a problem (which would be very anti capitalistic but also very popularistic) I bet there is no separation between companies who outsourced vs true multi national company anymore.
