What's a handy tool for creating/editing Lottie files, free/no watermark?

Each time I need to make a small adjustment to a Lottie file I spend valuable time in finding an online tool that allows me to do what I want, and that doesn't include a watermark on top of it. Currently I use lottiefiles.com, but to continue use it I need to pay a monthly subscription, which the price doesn't seem fair for my use.

How can it be that in 2025 we don't have a proper self-hosting tool for Lottie files?

I'm using https://glaxnimate.org/ . It's not well known but it's stable and works well for all my needs.
