Nanofabrication is a very expensive field to get into and the equipment and support facilities are normally only seen at dedicated higher education university, or special research labs like IMEC.

I hope we can see the barriers to extry lowered so more people can experiment, just like how the computer became common place in the home or how 3d printing became much more affordable to hackers and makers.
