LeVar Burton is nowhere in this. In 2017 his company "RRKidz" rebranded to "LeVar Burton Kids", and stopped using the Reading Rainbow trademark. https://www.vulture.com/2017/10/levar-burton-now-allowed-to-...

WNED owns Reading Rainbow, and they are doing production on the new show. Kidzuko is an online platform owned by Sony Pictures.
