I've had one job interview in my life and I was sweating so bad I wore a suit jacket in July, in Michigan... it might have contributed to the problem. I've been a software engineer for 20 years, responsible for billion dollar supply chains and developer platforms managing hundreds of millions of dollars of software revenue.
And I can't write FizzBuzz. Or anything really, not until I can see it. And then I have to get it out, find the structure, the shape of the solution in code. It's often not pretty but it works. And it scales. Because I'm not writing code, I'm extracting structure.
Now I have help. I built a translator. A real-time viewport for my agentic conversations. A context container in the shape of a detective case. All wired into emacs.
Now I have words for the shapes in my head. Intent to reality is modeling virtual clay.
