Turkish "ı" and "ş" bug creates design problem across many fonts?

Inspired by post above, there is another problem with Turkish letters. For more than a decade I have seen font problems just because of these letter. It exist across different systems, online and in public writing and many fonts. Below ss is from Amazon customer service and even they can't escape it. "ı" and "ş" are written in different font so it looks different and not bold.

Even Amazon fonts are not immune to it.

Most think only of an singöe character set. I use noto fonts because of this.
