Preliminary draft, but notable in that it may be the first to show a signficant boost in actual business revenues, not just measures of productivity. They measure the impact on sales of integrating GenAI into various business workflows (presales, search, chargeback defense, etc.) for a Chinese online retail platform over a period of weeks to months between 2023 - 2024.
