What a coincidence, just a few weeks ago, Arnold Schwartzenegger had advice to jot down notes about what to do tomorrow before going to bed at night. Just a few weeks ago in his Pump Club newsletter (it's free).

Wherever I've worked where we do a daily standup in Slack I use the life hack of filling out the standup at the end of the day as opposed to the beginning of the day. Instead of being the last person to fill it out, I look like I am the first.

Often in the morning I can't remember exactly what I did the day before whereas at 4:20pm I do know and on a good day I am raring to go and know exactly what I want to do the next day. So if I write it all down I can look it up and know what I have to do to get started.

I checked the other day and found that a lot of other people on the team had switched to my schedule.
