I think that if you want to get your point across since you're upset about what seems to be (from a very long distance away from pretty much everything mentioned in the piece) some kind of corporate/university deal, you should try to get to it faster. The point, that is.

Public-private "partnerships" and the similar are like private equity: only good for businesses in the long run. And facilitated by some university bureaucrats it is unbelievably sneaky, deceitful, and treacherous.

Students and workers should walkout and strike, or they are the product ruled by gangsters. Force the scumbags to resign and return what wasn't theirs.
