Legacy Commission Based Business

2•ChocoMufn•2h ago
I'm working on an agentic consulting business, where we help write proposals for companies looking for funding. Issue is the legacy competition does commission based monetization. We have interest in the idea but our customers would rather not burn cashflow, and like the standard commission based approach (where we take x% of the funding WHEN its won). Bigger firms have the upper hand as they have runway to wait 2-12 mos before the funding comes through, whereas we can't afford that. What would be the ideal approach for this?
