Hi. We are seeking feedback from therapy bound humans that feel the 50 min session is too short to get to the bottom of things.

We want clients to feel like they are making progress each day. Also at the same time allowing providers to improve their outcomes without more time commitment. Please let me know your thoughts.

I do two sessions a week, one on Monday and one on Thursday. It helps, but I definitely wish I could afford more.

What is this, some kind of AI therapist? There's no about page, no other info, just some cryptic conversation where it leads to a sign up, with no more info.

I'd consider this spam if it were not for your comments on this post.

The problem with hour long sessions is this:

1. It takes time to get to the point in any session where the subconscious truth starts to emerge from beneath what my conscious mind thinks is the truth. 2. If that only happens after an hour or so of conversation and then I'm thrown out of the door then I'm forced to confront the world from a very vulnerable place which is why I was in therapy in the first place. 3. This has led me, over 30 years of therapy, to believe that the current talking model is fundamentally broken. 4. Couple that with therapists who have their own undiagnosed problems.

PS. I can't see AI being the solution because it always thinks it's right and it never is.
