Hi HN - I built Kubling, a lightweight data federation engine. This repo shows a practical, reproducible way to scale embedded Camunda 7 horizontally: distribute groups of tables across multiple data sources and have Camunda talk to Kubling as if nothing changed.

Includes reproducible tests and configs. This is WIP - collaboration is welcome.
