What I'm looking for is something lightweight that I can keep floating above other windows while I work. Ideally it would have opacity control so it doesn't completely obscure what's underneath. Markdown support would be nice but not essential. I mainly need a place to quickly dump thoughts and copy-paste snippets without switching contexts.
What do you use for this on Windows?
