Here in Norway the government is forcing their heads deeper into the sand by significantly increasing the budget for buying CO2 quotas.

That way they can pat themselves on the back that our country is doing its part for the climate while not doing the hard part which is to figure out and prepare for what half of Norway's working force should do after the oil.
