Am I the only one who is reminded of the ethanol attempts in the early aughts where corn prices shot up because it was going to be sold for fuel? We need Electricity for essential things like refrigeration, cooking and heat. We don't really need AI. It's a case of where the government should be protecting the citizens and expecting companies to foot the bill for their own expenses instead of expecting everyone to pay for them to get rich off of products that most consumers have less interest in. Like paying for football stadiums with property taxes. It's shameful that we keep supporting this behavior in our government.
