Reverse DDOS

Wow the Internet is completely broken today... At work we've been having platform issues... Then after work, I decide to test my open source library on the latest Node.js engine for annual maintenance... Dependencies broken... I upgrade the dependencies... Fixed but a whole bunch of tests are now failing for no reason (obviously Node.js broke compatibility)... My project is a relatively low level socket library with few dependencies, I've never seen so many issues from a Node.js upgrade... I try to publish the update of my library to npm and Cloudflare keeps asking me to prove that I'm human over and over... I give up...

I go to Twitter/X to complain about the coming software apocalypse... Saying how, these days, higher version numbers means that the software is getting worse, not better... I try to post my Tweet but it says "Something went wrong". I try multiple times. I give up.

Then I come here to HN, see this post... Now lets see if this post is successful...
