Show HN: Moneydevkit – The fastest way for anyone to take payments

https://moneydevkit.com
4•npslaney•1h ago
Hi HN, I'm Nick Slaney and my team is building moneydevkit (https://moneydevkit.com). moneydevkit is the fastest way for anyone to add payments to their website.

It's so fast, I just set the Website to Production Payments speed run WR (4:38.94). Check it out here, I bet you can't beat it (https://x.com/nickslaney/status/1991151978953789614).

We started moneydevkit with the goal of making a payment product that anyone can use. With the rise of AI assisted development, the bar to create value online has never been lower, but a simple search of "stripe rejected" on x or reddit quickly reveals that current payment solutions are not keeping up.

Whether you're in India, Bangladesh, or the Philippines, have a business that is legitimate but "unsupported," and even if you're on the cutting edge of AI development, many people are not able to easily accept value online, and the pain of putting your time into something to not be able to get value out of that time is immense.

moneydevkit has been built with friendly developer tools like supabase and better-auth in mind. As we've built websites ourselves, we've seen how these low / no-code solutions are supercharged by AI development. Being able to hand off a part of your stack that is not your core innovation is incredibly valuable.

It's the first time that payments have been this easy and global. And the way we do it is with Bitcoin under the hood. Why Bitcoin?

+ self-custody Bitcoin is globally accessible + Huge fintech apps like CashApp let users spend with Bitcoin without owning / thinking about it + Alternatives like stablecoins are fragmented, have bad UX (kills conversion) and are on the path to not be as accessible as Bitcoin

There's a ton more to it, but the key is this: people who cannot accept value online do not care about xyz coin, they care about getting value from their work. moneydevkit makes it easy for these people to accept value online, and in the future we'll make it easy for them to get that value to their local currency.

Excited for you all to try it. There's a lot going on under the hood to make this happen in an easy, developer tool way and there's a lot more to come.
