Spotify users do not want to be "reached". They just want their rain sounds or whatever. You misunderstand your relationship with your listeners - insomniacs are not your customers, algorithms are.
Edit: I might also add, this is a good example of the difference between consumers and customers.

Fair point - most people may just want the sounds and that's fine.
But right now the algorithms decide everything. I can't tell people when new sounds exist, understand what's actually helping, or point them toward tracks that might work better for them.
Even 1% of 328K is 3,000+ people. If a fraction of them want to go deeper, I'd like to have a presence there.
