Show HN: I built a system to collect feedback more like force it

https://www.msgmorph.com/
1•hamzaawan•2mo ago
Hey HN,

for sometime now I am building useful products for the community and every time I build some product I really struggled with collecting feedback for it. I have integrated feedback widgets in the past from posthog and also sent users email from my personal email and much more and mostly no one cared to reply or they ignored the in app widget. So I had to manually send them these email sequences with follow ups to get the feedback out of the users. Because feedback is really important if you want to build a product actually for its users.

And then even if I got the feedback from people from either channel, it was scattered even If I noted it somewhere and if not. Some tasks use to get lost and some half done.

So I built MsgMorph, which is a full end to end AI powered feedback collection pipeline. It has in app widget which can be integrated easily to collect bug reports, feature requests etc and on top of all that it has live chat built into it from where users can talk to you and on your side you have support for orgs and agents to manage customer support easily. AI agents are coming soon as well.

And the third channel it has right now is email, I have built ts sdk and better auth plugin for now so when ever user signs up on your platform, you using the sdk or plugin if you are using better auth will create a contact in msgmorph and will schedule a feedback email to them after the set interval and if they dont reply will send them followup email as well. Because lets be real users dont reply to first email. You can have conversations in the app with out email based conversation interface. here more advanced email sequences and auto replies/conversation is coming soon.

The crazy part here is that all of this feedback collected from any channel is analysed by AI and it extracts actionable tasks from it, which you can manage from our in app tasks boards or you can connect your linear for now so all of your tasks will pushed directly to linear. So you or your dev team and implement all of those tasks and keep track of them.

The goal of MsgMorph is to make the feedback collection easy and automated as much as possible and also provided quick and easy developer experience with multiple language sdks and authentication services and tasks management platforms. So It plugs right into your ecosystem and becomes a part of it.

So what do you think about this? what would you guys like to see in this?
