As a company this is the second incarnation.

The company sold to out to Russians and Chinese, then went bankrupt when Russian sanctions arrived. Management bought the company and apparently received new secret financing.

As long as I don't know the investors, I don't trust a company from if the investors are outside EU and countries like Turkey, Saudi Arabia, or China.
