There is a study in my country where immigrants fear racism less than their white counterparts and it wasn't too close. For me part of left has become a preserve for the very easily offended (mostly by their own vanity). A safe space that can only survive with a clear image of an enemy. Althout old white men is something very similar.

It is far from a cadinal sin to care about racism and getting a bit ahead of yourself, but you have to take care on who you are targeting and in whose name you allegedly advertise changes.
