AI that helps startups assess technical candidates

I'm building AlgoVoice, a voice-based AI tool that help you assess technical candidates in a better way that automated coding tests. Our idea is that we assess the candidate based on criteria that your company defines.

This could be helpful in several ways: 1) It's expensive to get an accurate assessment of candidates, we reduce that cost for you. 2) In a startup you might not know the skills you are hiring for. With AlgoVoice you can get a third-party assessment on these skills before you hire a person. 3) We are evaluating soft skills such as communication and growth mindset during the interviews. Since we are using voice agents, we are able extract such metrics. This is not something that is done with traditional coding interviews. 4) We are more efficient than long take home assignments, our assessments are intentionally short and designed to extract as much relevant information as possible

We are still in the Beta stage, and are looking for hiring managers and recruiters to use the product. We iterate very fast, so even if everything you need is not supported, we can implement it very quickly if it aligns with out roadmap.

So if you or someone you know are struggling with technical assessments for any reason, we would love if you reach out to us.

What are your thoughts on using AI during interviews?
