I had a weird idea: what if getting distracted was so annoying that my brain just... stopped doing it?

Now when I open YouTube instead of working, the FBI OPEN UP meme blasts at full volume until I alt-tab away. I literally cannot hear the video over the sound of my screen being raided.

When I'm focused: lofi beats play. When I'm distracted: FBI raid.

It sounds dumb but after a few weeks I think this really works for me.

You can configure which sites/apps trigger the raid (regex patterns), and it works on both macOS and Windows.
