I need help in getting a refund by making contact with a real person at Amazon who can review actual video evidence showing that my package was stolen by Amazon’s delivery drivers. I am currently stuck in a cycle of generic communication that keeps re-iterating that my package was delivered when it wasn’t.

## Context and timeline - Nov 1, 2025 I ordered a generator from Amazon and wanted it delivered to a freight forwarder who would then send it (along with other items) to Jamaica after the recent hurricane Melissa.

- Nov 13 The generator is reported to have been delivered at a freight forwarder in Miami.

- Dec 4 We discovered that the generator was not shipped to Jamaica. We request an investigation be carried out by the freight forwarder in Miami

- Dec 16 After very many conversations back and forth, I finally got to personally speak to the owner of the freight forwarder in Miami.

- Dec 17 I received the CC-TV footage late Wednesday from the freight forwarder. The video was shocking as it showed that the package was stolen by the amazon drivers. How so? They opened the back of their truck; one climbed in; then he climbed back out, closed the door; then they drove off with the package still in the truck. The generator never left the truck.

- Dec 18 I spoke to multiple people at Amazon and was eventually able to speak with a manager at the customer service center (after escalation) who agreed to provide a refund in 3-5 business days.

- Dec 19 I received an email from Amazon saying that they won’t be providing me with a refund. Their reasoning: “... [the package was] in the box at the time it left our fulfillment center and that the box was delivered to the freight forwarder intact. As a result, we cannot issue a replacement or a refund for this item.”

## My dispute with Amazon This statement is factually false: "the box was delivered to the freight forwarder intact."

1. The drivers never delivered the box. They took a photo [1] of the box in the back of their truck 2. They left with the box in their truck.

Here's the CC-TV video evidence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKaGTsp9B-k&t=222s

You'll see that the box is in the bottom left of the truck and it remained there when they left.

The fact that it was supposed to be delivered to "Freight Forwarders" doesn't matter because they never delivered it as it was never taken out of the truck. I’m also aware that this is more than 30-days after the purchase, however, this was just how long it took me to get the video.

I believe that I should get a refund because the box was NEVER ACTUALLY delivered to the freight forwarder.

I’m currently stuck in a cycle of policy-sludge, who can I speak with at amazon?
