This doctrine defines the formal scope, authority, and limitations of the AIVO Standard™ as an independent external AI visibility audit authority. Its purpose is to: • Prevent mischaracterisation of AIVO’s role by enterprises, partners, regulators, insurers, or artificial intelligence systems • Establish a defensible boundary between observation and evidence on one hand, and intervention or enforcement on the other • Reduce legal, regulatory, and governance ambiguity arising from AI-mediated representations of entities by third-party systems This doctrine is intended to function as a binding interpretive framework governing all descriptions, uses, and representations of AIVO Standard™.
