How about foreign made computer chips and gear? Aren’t they risks, or do Apple, Samsung et al pay enough to keep being sold?

But as bathroom cabinets have been declared security risks, I think the definition is somewhat loose. Would it not be easier to just close the border for economic activity so as to maintain a sterile environment?
