Developers remain willing but reluctant to use AI

This is silly.

When the AI in my IDE offers to apply the member access code I changed for one variable to all the other variables, it saves me minutes of typing duplicate boilerplate.

So why the #$%^& would I be "reluctant to use AI" ? Why would any developer ?

At what level we use AI can be reasonably discussed. Vibecoding a whole app has led me down many pointless dead ends.

But no sensible developer/lawyer/whatever chooses not to use AI at all.
