Most systems reload the base model every time. PermaMind adds a writable identity layer that evolves based on experience:

- Gap Engine: Detects prediction errors (Δ) and prioritizes learning - Confidence Gate: Blocks assertions when unresolved failures exist - Identity Store: Persists constraints across sessions
