We are building FountainData to answer a question most teams still guess at: Which user problems, competitor moves, or GTM signals actually affect revenue?
FountainData ingests user and competitor conversations (reviews, support tickets, slack conversations, forums, social, GTM activity) and turns them into ranked, actionable intelligence for product and growth teams.
What’s different:
1. Product intelligence We cluster raw feedback into concrete problem statements, rank them by impact, and generate engineering-ready tickets instead of sentiment charts.
2. Financial intelligence Issues are scored by estimated revenue risk or opportunity, so prioritization becomes an economic decision, not a popularity contest.
3. GTM intelligence (recently added) We track competitor launches, campaigns, events, and market chatter, then surface strategic takeaways and recommendations teams can act on.
4. Agents, not dashboards We’re adding product and financial agents that can answer questions like: “What’s hurting retention right now?” “Which competitor weaknesses should we attack?” “What should we ship next to move revenue?”
Technically, it’s an async ingestion and processing system (Server, workers, embeddings, LLM pipelines) designed to keep raw data auditable and outputs usable by engineering, product, and leadership.
We are early but already seeing teams replace manual VOC reviews and ad-hoc competitive research with this system.
Would love feedback from folks who have built products, lead products, run GTM, or invested in dev-tools / B2B SaaS.
