Factcheckr.io – AI Powered Community-driven fact checking for social media

We built FactCheckr.io to make fact-checking faster, more transparent, and more social.

The idea came from how difficult it is to verify claims in short-form content like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, where misinformation spreads quickly and context is often missing.

FactCheckr lets users fact-check claims from news articles, social posts, videos, screenshots, and links, then share public fact-checks with sources, verdicts, and discussion. Users can follow other fact-checkers, build collections, earn badges, and explore trending or verified claims.

This is an early but active product, and I’m especially interested in feedback from people who care about media literacy, OSINT, or combating misinformation online.

Happy to answer questions or hear what you think could be improved.
