This note defines the minimum characteristics of the Correction & Assurance Ledger referenced in the AIVO Standard.
The Ledger serves as an evidentiary record of observation and corrective statements relating to selected AI-generated representations that may be externally relied upon in practice. It does not assess model accuracy, control inference, enforce behavioural change, or assure outcome correctness.
