Coffezilla is by definition a journalist and he is donated by his patreon members to do journalistic tasks not specifically just to crypto.
It's his channel and I actually welcome that he talks about these issues. In fact his 3 part series on CS skins is really such a good video and it actually pre-dated the CS skins price falling which got caught by mainstream media.
One of the reasons I can presume he also went into talking against gambling/raising awareness is the fact that if you watch his videos, we realize just how much predictions markets literally are gambling.
Prediction markets started using crypto/still use crypto to skirt around some laws and they have now gone into literally degenerate gambling and thus linked to crypto.
Coffeezilla/Voidzilla is one of the best journalistic channels on youtube if you are interested in this type of content.
Mrbeast is overrated, not coffeezilla. Anything which raises attention to these dark patterns should be shown in public/ they are still "underrated"
What are some good quality resources like coffeezilla on youtube? I think atrioc talks about general news affairs but I'd be interested to see other good journalistic channels as well.
What would've made a far more insightful post was if you talked about under-rated youtube channels that you know
So.. the author wants him to tell us before it happens, and be right?
There was one going on with MrBeast and some crypto, and there was one of Paul brothers and his scam game that he predicted correctly before it went south?
Should he stop explaining these scams after they happen, too? Why is that such an issue?

Maybe that's not what OP wants out of Coffeezilla, but I don't see how it makes the guy "overrated." He has a knack for understanding and explaining conspiracies in a grounded, level-headed and factual way. That is extremely valuable in today's media environment.

Now he is more of a presenter of other people’s work. e.g. MegaLad’s Honey Scam video. People remember it as CoffeeZilla’s story.
