It’s nice reading this review because it’s exactly how I’ve felt recently. This whole “everyone will be the manager of 10 agent workflows” makes my head spin. I often get into this mode where I’m multitasking and I have to stop and remember real delivery often happens when I slow down and single thread.

I mean even before automated coding, I’d gotten myself too far down like refactoring too many things. It’s strange to see a lot of people seem to talk in, like we’ll do everything in big pre-specked water fall boulders rather than maybe AI powered atomic workflows we’ve encouraged in the past.
