The reliability isn’t there, and the overpromises (e.g., automated deck building) vs. the reality (pulling 100 cards from EDHrec) lead to a negative reception. This contributes to the community feeling that AI just outputs slop because “it doesn’t get” Magic.
I’m trying to improve the status quo by using RAG, and I found it brings better results than most “smart search” tools.
