Ask HN: Share your STEM career advice

1•worldlines•3w ago
Hi everyone, I'm putting together a website which aggregates career advice for STEM folks: https://www.worldlines.org/

It's a static webpage with links to personal blog posts I found on the internet. I'm looking for more resources like this to grow the site. Right now, it focuses mainly on physics majors (since this is my background), but I'd like to feature advice for all STEM disciplines.

I'm particularly interested in the practical aspects of one's career story ("this was my personal situation, this is what I did, and this is what worked/didn't work") rather than generic advice ("leverage your network"). Usually, I find that the best content in this genre comes from personal blog posts written by real people.

If you know of anything like this, I would be glad if you shared it here!
