Stand ups are very inefficient in some companies and the context switching is killing productivity for people on a maker's schedule. To combat this I'm developing Sitdown, where employees conduct a standups with an AI and this gets summarized into a dashboard where the team and management has visibility into what's being worked on.
With this tool we can make sure teams are working on what they should be increasing visibility while increasing productivity for people on a maker's schedule. What are your thoughts?
