Most AI coding tools hide rate limits and quotas behind flags, plugins, or dashboards, which makes it easy to hit limits mid-workflow.

Arctic is a terminal-first CLI that:

shows live usage and rate limits across AI coding providers

supports multiple accounts per provider and auto-rotates when one hits limits

runs locally with no web or desktop app

Built for heavy terminal users. Feedback welcome.
