1. For VCs & Angels (The "Speed vs. Risk" Problem) Due diligence is a bottleneck. It takes 40+ hours to properly vet a deal, forcing investors to choose between moving fast and missing red flags. Current tools give you data, but they don't tell you if that data is true.

2. For Founders (The "Blind Partnership" Problem) Finding a co founder or early hire is high stakes, but current platforms are full of inflated resumes and unverified histories. Founders struggle to validate technical claims and past exits without a trusted source of truth.
