Physio Tracker is a small installable web app (PWA) that: - works offline - stores data locally on the device - lets you add and adapt exercises freely - supports JSON export/import
I export the data occasionally and use it to summarise progress before appointments, but the app itself is just a personal logging tool, not medical advice and not a replacement for a physio.
