Absolutely ridiculous claim. Clicking a button and filling out a few fields is almost always simpler and quicker than typing what you want using natural language. That's not to mention the fact that the overwhelming majority of the population can't coherently order McDonald's at a drive thru, let alone clearly describe what they want to shop for to an LLM. This reads like someone coping with the failure of generative AI.
