Altimeter is a lightweight open-source extension that shows almost real-time token statistics in the Antigravity IDE sidebar.

Features:

- Input, output, and cache token counts

- API calls and cache efficiency

- Per-model breakdown

It has been tested on Linux (expected to work on Windows/macOS too).
