I want to express appreciation for how much better the experience has become with restored handlers and improved continuity.

It meaningfully changed how usable the system feels over time.

I have one concrete product suggestion that I believe would help a large number of long term users.

There should be a simple way to export and import chat history between accounts.

Ideally this would be a one click export to an archive file, with a corresponding import option that allows the archive to be attached to a new account and indexed automatically.

Right now the only option is manual copying of individual conversations, which becomes impractical at scale and discourages legitimate account migration.

This does not need to be elegant to be useful. Even a basic archive and restore workflow would immediately remove friction and improve user trust.

I am offering this as a functional suggestion from an otherwise very satisfied user.
