I use Claude Code across 10+ projects daily. Terminal crashes (or restarts) kill all my sessions. `claude --resume` exists, but navigating to each project and scrolling through session lists gets old fast.

So I built a launcher.

What it does: - Fuzzy search across all Claude session messages across all the directories (uFuzzy) - Resume in tmux (grouped by project, survives crashes) or plain terminal - Bookmark sessions with custom names - Fork conversations to start fresh with previous context
