1. it could be an excuse, they said it was only part of the reason themselves

2. ai is empowering the homeowner to do their own repairs, negating the need for Angi, thus reinforcing #1

3. people are feeling the financial crunch, so they are opting to do their own repairs, regardless of ai, thus reinforcing #1

4. their revenue has been falling for 3 years, thus reinforcing #1
