How to Publish to Maven Central Easily with Mill

Starts by saying that publishing to Maven Central is "a bit involved", and that "you need to install GPG (or PGP???)".

Proceeds in showing a pipeline that does not seem simpler at all, and involves setting up a PGP key. I am confused.

Also whoever finds it "involved" to make a difference between "GPG" and "PGP" possibly shouldn't be publishing an artifact.
