Hey HN! I built OneContext because I kept repeating myself to every AI tool. Set up ChatGPT, then Claude, then OpenClaw. Same info, copy-pasted, outdated very fast. OneContext connects to your X/GitHub (Notion, GDrive, Linkedin, and more incoming) and builds a profile from your actual activity. It syncs daily so it doesn't go stale. Any AI tool can pull your context through an MCP server or REST API.

It's open source and self-hostable.
