They used manual editing more. I think builders are overestimating AI demand and underestimating usability. Technical stack: Built using Lovable Custom workflow logic for design blocks Optimized sitemap for crawlability Manual SEO submissions instead of paid traffic Biggest lesson: Distribution > Features.
